Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Algomaster.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Norditech AS, a company registered in Norway, which operates Algomaster.ai ("we", "us").
2. Service Description
Algomaster.ai is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that lets you build, test and run automated trading strategies against your own brokerage account. The Service supports Alpaca and Interactive Brokers; you must hold and maintain a valid account with a supported broker. You authorise the connection yourself, either through your broker’s own sign-in, in which case we store only a revocable access token, or by supplying API keys, which are stored encrypted. We are not a broker-dealer, do not open or maintain brokerage accounts, and never hold, manage or take custody of your funds or securities. All orders are placed in your own brokerage account, at your direction, and you may revoke our access at any time through your broker.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated subscription price until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. Algomaster.ai reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and your brokerage account. You must ensure your brokerage account remains in good standing and compliant with your broker's own terms and conditions. You are solely responsible for all trading activity executed through the Service. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any activity that violates applicable securities laws. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measures of the Service. You may not use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud others. Algomaster.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Algomaster.ai and all related software, algorithms, designs, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Norditech AS. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of or a license to copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its underlying technology. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Algomaster.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular trading strategy will be profitable. You assume all risk associated with using the Service for trading purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Norditech AS shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Algomaster.ai may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also be entitled to seek redress through your local courts or consumer protection authority.
